To identify people’s perspectives and ideas about new innovations and changes in Kirkgate Market, we went on to a forum titled “SKY SCRAPER CITY” and looked at a forum addressing the plans of major investment and makeover for the Kirkgate Market. This question was raised in 2005 with over 800 responses till now. However, to get more relevant comments we filtered our data and selected comments from 2020 till now.

To initiate the data scraping process, we started by opening the webpage of Outwit Hub. Outwit Hub is a powerful tool that enables effective data extraction from websites. Opening the webpage within Outwit Hub was a straightforward process.

After opening the webpage in Outwit Hub, the next step in our data scraping process involved creating a scraper. We accomplished this by inputting specific tags or markers that would help us identify and extract the desired information, the comments and their corresponding dates.

After successfully scraping the webpage using Outwit Hub and applying the configured scraper, we obtained a dataset containing the extracted information. This dataset consisted of the comments and their corresponding dates that we targeted during the scraping process.

To enhance our analysis and present the extracted data in a visually appealing manner, we employed the assistance of AI to identify keywords and their respective frequencies. This allowed us to gain insights into the most prominent terms within the dataset. With this data, we were able to create a compelling word cloud visualization that effectively summarized the most important terms within the dataset.
